Tip #1

Keep Your Head Up!

Keeping your head up automatically puts you in tune with what is going on around you.
You may spot something that doesn’t add up, seems out of place or someone displaying
odd behavior causing a second glance. This is when your sixth sense kicks in.
Don’t ignore it!

Tip #2

Have A Plan

Before going about your day, have a plan of where you’re going and what you need to do once you get there. Be organized! Don’t carry more than you can manage with one hand and ALWAYS keep your dominant hand free in case you have to use it (if you’re right-handed, keep that hand free and hold packages in your left hand, and vice versa if you’re left-handed). By contemplating your day with a HEADS UP! attitude, you are training yourself to act from a place of power rather than weakness.
